code pairing round they provided a GitHub link of an existing code repo you have to go through the code before the round and you are expected to Refactor the code and also write test cases, and existing functionalities should not break, they will provide you a kanban board with some stories/task on it you need to build them on exsisting code
The First round is hackerrank round on DSA. it is medium level.
Second round is screening round which is online just checks your communication levels.
Third Round is code paring round which is totally based on OOPs.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Pune) in May 2024

Very innovative and user friendly environment which help us to be open minded and answer each questions with full confidence. Difficult questions were there but interviewers were ready to help which again host our moral.

1 online test, selected student can go fur further rounds like Code pairing round Technical round hr/leadership round.In code pairing round you have given 1 real life problem statement and have to code using oops concept within 1 and half hour. In that duration they come and ask some questions and also try to help us.
