Must prepare. There are five steps.
1. Recruiter screen
2. 2 hour hacker rank
3. 15 minute presentation with 30 mins of questions
4. 1 hour paired coding
5. 1 hour behavioral
All in all just prep with the slide deck that they send you and trust the process.
