I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2015
Interview
After positive telephonic, positive coding assignment, positive pair programming exercise, positive technical panel discussion, the last panel design discussion feedback came as "You move very quickly from A to D, while we are struggling to understand the interleaving states B & C and the connection thereof"
"You are too intelligent for the Organization" !!!
Worst interview feedback that I received in 12 years of my career; basically "An intelligent organization that fears intelligence" or Thoughworks is not as intelligent organization as they claim!
