i had 4 rounds of interview - 2 technical rounds, one leadership round and 1 cultural alignment round. the first technical round involved presenting the results of a case study that was shared with me ahead of time. the second technical round was a discussion wherein the interviewers asked me several situation based project management questions.

Question 1
I was asked to justify my presentation which was an elaborate project plan for a co-located project team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks in Mar 2021
Interview
I was connected with 3 people from HR and was unaware who my main point of contact was. Each was responding at different times and it seemed like they did not know internally how to manage communications.
HR screen followed by a 1 hour video interview. Did not make it through to the Culture interview step.
