Recruiter Screen where the recruiter will connect and check whether you are suitable
Hacker rank test where you need to pass for qualifying to next round
Code pairing round where you need to solve a coding problem with two other developers
Cultural alignment round where they will check whether you are aligned with the company values and culture

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks in Sept 2017
Interview
They ask you directly the core questions specifically about oops concepts. The interviews r very light. They r very motivating and supportive. They will give u to eat during the interview just to calm u down n remove your stress. However they take only 1-2 max people and there is a good chance they might take none at all
