      Interview

All over the place, I applied for Social Media Specialist but was referred to another position with no information about this position and then the ladies interviewing me had other meetings so really appeared not to be interested

      Question 1

What do you consider you need to work on
      Answer question

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiger Pistol in Jan 2018

      Interview

      1. Questionnaire attached to initial e-mail 2. Phone call with Customer Operations Manager (COM) I submitted my answers to the COM, but had not heard back from her for five days. I e-mailed to follow up, to which she replied two days later to schedule a 15 minute phone interview. I am not sure if she had enough experience to be the interviewer for this role, but her demeanor seemed that she was uneasy with my questions regarding company culture, management style and job description. Her responses were delayed and distracted, as if she was busy doing something else or was not paying attention. There were a lot of noticeable long pauses and “ummmmms..” that seemed to convey that she was unsure or not comfortable with the question. Either way, I followed up with a thank you e-mail after the call displaying my further interest in the company. No response. Unprofessional.

      Social Media Specialist Interview

      12 May 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Tiger Pistol (Austin, TX) in Sept 2016

      Interview

I wrote an email to the lady in charge of the applications. A few days later she asked me when I was available for an interview. We set up a time and I began preparing. On the day of the interview, she said: "Hi this will only take 5 minutes." 5 MINUTES! She asked me 2 generic questions and didn't allow me to ask any questions about the company. She ended the call with "Ok thanks, We'll contact you in a week if you advance.". A week passed and there was no response so I emailed her and ask her about my situation. She just said I'm not advancing and good luck. I don't understand how she could decide anything about me in just 5 min.
