I applied online. I interviewed at Tiger Pistol (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had two rounds of phone interviews. They told me they would be in touch. I didn't hear back from them. They don't seem to be very organized. Would not recommend.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiger Pistol (Melbourne) in Jun 2019
Interview
All over the place, I applied for Social Media Specialist but was referred to another position with no information about this position and then the ladies interviewing me had other meetings so really appeared not to be interested
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiger Pistol in Jan 2018
Interview
1. Questionnaire attached to initial e-mail
2. Phone call with Customer Operations Manager (COM)
I submitted my answers to the COM, but had not heard back from her for five days. I e-mailed to follow up, to which she replied two days later to schedule a 15 minute phone interview.
I am not sure if she had enough experience to be the interviewer for this role, but her demeanor seemed that she was uneasy with my questions regarding company culture, management style and job description. Her responses were delayed and distracted, as if she was busy doing something else or was not paying attention. There were a lot of noticeable long pauses and “ummmmms..” that seemed to convey that she was unsure or not comfortable with the question.
Either way, I followed up with a thank you e-mail after the call displaying my further interest in the company. No response. Unprofessional.
