Group interview four or more people went around the store picked outfits for a festival and then presented to the interviewers there was few of them, this was followed by a one to one interview to discuss skills and work history

I went through an interview with a hiring manager. Afterwards, when I passed, I went to an onboarding session with more employees (you had to pass it successfully in order to get hired)

they asked about my strengths, my weaknesses, what I expected in the future, if I was interested in fashion
I found interviewing for Topshop to be a very simple process and was made to feel comfortable. I would recommend this company for how they conducted an intro to the role and company.
