    I worked at Topshop part-time

    Pros

Good discount (70% if i can remember?), good and super nice workers, lots of benefits if you sell a lot or sell certain items.

    Cons

Little hours, always watching your performance, management seem too entitled, like any fast fashion retail job.

    Doesn't Recommend

    I worked at Topshop full-time

    Pros

    People are great
    Fun place to work
    Lovely refurbished office

    Cons

    No recognition for talent
No support for progression, barely any learning opportunities just BAU.
Despite lots of MAAs and BAAs leaving nothing done to stop this, a lack of appreciation for people in lower roles.
No transparency, everything is sneaky and secretive rather than being open and honest.

    Advice to Management

Nurture the talent you have to develop people and stop them leaving. Provide opportunities for people to do things out of day to day. There should be more than just one progress review a year.
