I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2012
Interview
1 over the phone, then an in person with the recruiters, then another with the hiring manager.
Even if I had gotten offered this job I don't think I would have taken it.. The questions I was asked in my interviews were so unprofessional I didn't even know how to respond. I don't know what they were getting at with these questions. They had nothing to do with my skills for the position or my ability to get freight from point A to point B. I even asked an HR friend and she was appalled at some of the things they asked. Very unprofessional. I posted one question but will not post the rest.. they were so unprofessional.
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
