Interview
Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter in Atlanta. I had two phone interviews, one face to face meeting with the recruiter, and one interview over a skype-like service called hire-vue. The process took about two weeks, and in that time frame I was given an "assignment" which was to find 20 manufacturers, and 6 distributors, which were divided into different categories.

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
