I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Jun 2013
Interview
Recruiter contacted me via university hiring site. Emailed me asking if I was interested. I applied and got a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was three minutes long and was a "get to know you" when the recruiting assistant had told me that I would need to prepare a sales pitch. Got a rejection email a day after the interview. A little bit confused by the process since I had been reached out to and asked very brief and minimally informative questions.
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2026
Interview
the interview process was great! They know what they're doing and is one of the best training programs in the country! They are all very helpful and want you to win!
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (New Orleans, LA)
Interview
The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
