I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview was a complete waste of my time and money!! The process took about 2-3weeks i first did a phone interview with the recruiter next i did a face to face interview. Within the face to face interview i did a phone shadow with one of the the employees and also you are required to pass four assessments one including knowing nearly every u.s state. Did not pass the 2 had to retake next week came back in and passed test did a final interview with the recruiter and was told i had an interview with the hiring manager you are required to wear a suit and tie for the final interview. After all this i was sent an email the next day that i did not get the job. Honestly i am not mad that i did not get the job but i hate that i was brought to so many interviews and wasted so much time and money going back and fourth to each interview

Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Interview
Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
