It was a good experience. Several over the phone interviews and then in office shadow as well as interview in person. Recruiter was very engaging and personable. He set up for success and to give best efforts.

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
