Typically, you will complete a phone or face-to-face interview with a recruiter, an onsite interview with your direct manager and team leaders and potentially a second onsite interview with upper management.

It was a relatively straight forward interview; however, very quickly they told me that the "Account Representative" role had already been filled internally and that they were looking for a sales-focused candidate who would be willing to embrace cold-calling. It felt a little like a bait-and-switch but the representative was professional and courteous the whole time.
