A brutal online interview consisting of three technical questions, two minutes each. Although this was a managerial post, there were no managerial questions there. Interviews for such positions should be held face-to-face. According to the same three two-minute questions, they easily ignored all my technical and managerial abilities and rejected me after two weeks. I am really sorry for such a poor recruiting system!
