Interview
Phone interview asked very basic questions on work history. The in-person interview talked about the job in more detail (tasks/responsibilities/etc.) and how confident I was in performing the duties of the job. Very friendly interviewers.

Interview
Applied Online based on a JD on LinkedIn. After few weeks received a call from HR who went through very basic questions. Second Round a telephonic interview with the Hiring Manager. Relaxed it was more a cultural fit then technical questions. Round 3 - Onsite Interview. The first part of this were three case studies and I had one hour to prepare and present. The second part was a HR cum VP interview. Again relaxed and checked on cultural fit. Received an offer 2 weeks later. The HR was nice and did give room for slight negotiation. First verbal offer was made on confirmation the official letter was sent out.

Interview
It was good interview process. I had couple of phone interviews and then face to face panel interviews. I went through 3rd party staffing so it was quick process. Also offer was made pretty quick. I had to negotiate for salary and PTO.

Interview
Seven interviews over 3 hours. Great dialogues. Insightful questions. Focus was more on establishing fit rather than a just resume walk through with generic questions. Recruiting team did a really great job screening for skills and career aspirations ahead of time.

Interview
Received a call from a recruiter that (I thought) went very well. She said she would pass my resume over to the team and also send me the official application since I had applied via LinkedIn. She never sent the email, but I got the application after following up with her. During the call, she said that I would hear from her regardless if I was moving forward or not. Fast forward two weeks later, I followed up after not hearing from her and was promptly told that I was not moving forward. Very unprofessional.

Interview
The process was so UNPROFESSIONAL! I applied online, and received an email from HR asking about my availability for a phone interview later this week, I replied to them about three hours later and did not hear anything from them. On the next day I sent an email again to check if the interview was scheduled or not, again, I did not hear anything from HR. During the weekend I received an email said that I was rejected. If the process just ended here then it was all fine. But NO!!!! On next week HR asked me again if I still have time for an interview and I replied to him with my time slots. I could not believe the same thing happened!! They did not reply to me one more time!!!!! Listen, it is okay for you to reject me, but it is definitely not professional to insult me!

Interview
I applies on line, received an email from HR for times for a brief call. After I was "interrogated" by a young woman over the phone, she sent me a email with dates/times to come into the office for an interview. After checking in to the Atlanta office, I waited for about 15 minutes past the original appointment time, then I was approached by a "cleaning woman" type dressed person carrying her open lap-top. She placed it down on the conference table and said she was "so busy" she needed to continue to monitor her work. Another young girl came in late - EA for HR, and was more interested in her cell phone than asking / paying attention to the interview. They both were very unprofessional and clueless. She even had to jump out of the interview early to take a call from her cell. REALLY girls HR Recruiter should have rescheduled or had someone - more professional - conducting the interview. I think they were intimidated that I was over qualified in every way!!! SAD --Looser working group. I did, however, received an outstanding offer shortly thereafter from a better company. BEWARE of the support staff!
