      Associate Manager Interview

      30 Aug 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bengaluru
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tredence (Bengaluru) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Took 2 days. First Day was consisting of 3 rounds. Puzzle, technical and managerial. As communicated by HR i was due only one more round. But again on second day of interview I was told i have two more rounds which will take almost 3 hours, which is contradictory to what previous day HR communicated. They blamed it on consultancy. But again after only one round they decided to stop the process. Quite difficult to understand the whole communication to candidate and their decision.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, we are glad to know that you were part of the evaluation process at Tredence. The intent of a recruitment process is to evaluate a candidate’s fitment for a specific role. Based on this thought process, an evaluation process gets defined and implemented. This process may alter depending upon the needs of the role. At times, based on how the interview shapes up, a candidate may have additional rounds. Today, we have Tredencions who have undergone the same process and acknowledge it’s importance. We want to inform you that we appreciate this feedback and would always work towards making it a better experience for a candidate. In case you want to set up a call and discuss further, we will be more than happy to do that. We are sure that you will get through an excellent opportunity soon and we wish you all the very best for that.

Its relatively easy for a non-tech person. You have to be quick on your thinking and give relevant examples from your experience. The work life balance is tough though. But all data science and Gen AI related companies with 1 around 1000 employees have a tough professional life
