I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tribe Dynamics (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Phone interview, followed by onsite "interviews" (30 minute individual chats with about 8 employees). Company was going through overhaul/mini-crises. I was lead on for several weeks then ghosted. Very unprofessional to tell someone a job offer in pending and never get back to them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tribe Dynamics (London, England)
Interview
Simple zoom interview that was relatively straight forward and positive. The interviewer seemed quite professional and was very positive in their reactions and even began walking me through the next stage of the process (talking as if I will get to the next stage etc.) However, upon completion of the interview they never got back to me about the position, despite saying they would. They didn't even have the decency to send a polite rejection email, even after I sent a follow up email. I find this very rude and unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tribe Dynamics (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Applied through website and also sent an email (as per the instructions). Not extremely professional in their screening call since the person that was supposed to interview me by phone rescheduled twice and then had someone else make the call instead.
