1:1 interview. Interviewer was rude and expected too much for the applying position considering that they blatantly stated salary will be only 8K permonth and revaluation after 1year and no benefits. They don't care if you are a graduate or 10th pass as is truly stated by the interviewer for this job profile. Pay will be same irrelevant of education and communication skills.
