Fairly straight-forwards and casual. Met in the lobby of the hotel for a brief interview (<15 minutes) that covered the basics. The owner, who was actually conducting the interview, was very kind and professional. I was not sure I would be accepted for the position given my lack of prior experience in the hotel field, but ended up being offered the position.
