I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
I had met the recruiter both my junior and senior year. He also happened to be the project manager at the construction being done on campus. After the second career fair, I was invited for the first round of interviews. (maybe 10 other students) We were also competing against 5-6 interns also looking for full time positions. The interview was a standard behavioral interview which many of the questions were posted on this site. I did not hear back from them but was made aware that they only ended up taking their interns for full time positions.
