I submitted my application and resume online along with filling in all the information required. I did this for multiple field engineer positions since I only have about 3 years experience along with a civil engineering degree. Within an hour of doing this I got about 4-5 rejection emails so applied to a position no experience and high school degree got an quick rejection as well.
Initial phone call screening went well, the recruiter was welcoming and explained the position and future career options at Turner. I got to ask questions and got offered a additional interview.
