It was a group interview of around 15 people, we were introduced to the supervisor and split into 2 groups, one group did selling and the other did cocktail making excercises. The interview was very relaxed, it was all about them getting to know us and observing how we interacted with other people. They also gave us a sheet of paper where we wrote what hours we wanted to work, why Turtle Bay, and our experience.

Interview
Initial test about you and then a one of behavioural questions. Then a group interview task making something in a team with a competition element against another team. Then general chat throughout about ourselves, giving time for us all to speak individually but very casual style. Also asked to fill out a form with availability on.
