Interview
I applied through the Fox website. I was later introduced to the recruiter who was able to move me along in the process. I then interviewed with three different people - future boss, their boss, and the head of the department. A decision came about 10 days after the last interview. The questions were not typical interview questions. It was mostly centered around an understanding of the industry and entertainment culture. Almost all of my colleagues had some industry experience so I got the feeling they didn't hire many outsiders.

I applied online through the foxcareer.com website and was contacted by HR to set up an interview. The process was very organized and communication was easy, and very human. I had a quick interview on the phone that was very simple and just a quick way to know me and then I had interviews with HR, my department, and a final interview with the head of the company.
