After applying, I got an email informing me that I moved straight to the Hiring Manager Interview stage after filling out a Typeform with a video response element. Then, I received a take-home technical assessment with a week to complete. I then had to present/defend the assessment with the actual team members I would be working with. The process made sense, was streamlined and transparent with phone calls from the recruiter.
