This process was very lengthy with 2 lengthy response screening questionnaires. I was then invited to interview where I went through 2 virtual rounds which went very well and had great conversation. I was then invited to the final round interview with an exec member. I felt that this interview was a 180 from the others and the questions were rapid fire, open ended questions that did not allow me time to explain my reasoning or provide insight into my character or skillset. I felt like the entire interview was very arbitrary and didn't have concrete standards to go off of. All of this spanned over 4 months and I ended up receiving an automated rejection letter. Overall they claim to love diverse thinking and strategy but in practice I found they want their new hires to all think the same.
