I applied online. I interviewed at UCLA Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
It was pretty easy, but the woman who interviewed me turned it into a political interview. Which I found unprofessional and very uncomfortable. She kept bringing me for in-person interviews many many times. And then she didn't respond to me for 4 weeks, after saying how I am the best candidate. After those four weeks, I ended up getting a very unprofessional email, saying I did not get the job. So it was very unfortunate because I really wanted the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA Health
Interview
The interview was via zoom. You get invited for an interview once your resume passes the screening process. Most resumes do not get through. I applied to ten jobs at UCLA Health before getting a call back.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you had to overcome conflict in a work environment
They first ask you for a 20 minute Zoom meeting. Questions included going over your work experience, your strengths and weaknesses, and how you deal with stressful situations in the workplace.
You go through two interviews, first with recruiter and two managers. The second interview is with a doctor at whatever site you’re at. The questions are common ones that you can honestly just google.
