Email was swnt asking for availability for a phone interview. The phone interview was with a panel of three current employees asking different questions. It was a Skype interview but conducted like a phone call with no video.

The interview had very fair, competency-based questions. The panel was friendly, engaging, and open to hearing various examples from my humanitarian work experience, making the discussion insightful and very welcoming.
Very easy, light weight questions about professional experience and expectations towards the position. I felt I wasn’t a good match though, and let them know on the spot. Received the offer anyway
Took 4 weeks and in between two interviews, reference checks and offer, depend on the nature of works other positions can take up to 2 months long before the decision is made
