A group of three interviewed for around 20 mins. Interviewers were dress casually and even chit-chatted during our interview. The lead interviewer first asked my status and explained UNICEF policies for non-US citizens contractor before the actual interview started. There were no hard questions. All were job-related, your past experience, your experience on xxx filed, your suggestions or recommendations for the website.
