I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at US Air Force (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I went into the recruiter's office. Filled out the paperwork and they asked basic questions to make sire you didn't have criminal record. I took a skills test and was offered jobs based n those scores. After that I underwent a physical evaluation. Upon passing I was given a date went in for more test and shipped out to Basic Training.
The interview is basic training and isn’t too hard just a mental battle. There isn’t anything too difficult physically either, just make sure you are somewhat in shape and able to be in your feet
Recruiter wanted me and offered me an enlistment bonus and then let me picj whatever job I wanted. I ended up choosing to be an F35 pilot. He said that I could fly the F22 once I graduate college.
When selected a couple of questions about scenarios are asked and they want to see common sense. They mostly hire anybody because of the high turnover. They will train you on everything so there is no need for experience
