Apply at the nearest USAF recruiter office
Undergo the Military Entrance Program (MEPS)
Pass all the necessary exams (Physical, Mental, Vision, etc)
You'll be given a "ship out" date which is the day you'll be scheduled to attend Basic Military Training at Lackland AFB, located in San Antonio, TX.
Assuming you make it though, congratulations you are now a member of the United States Air Force.

The interview process is not difficult. You go to a recruiter, you're asked some questions and once you determine that you want to join they guide you through the process. They'll request you take a test which will determine what career choices you have available. You do not require any previous work experience as long as you have a criminal free record and a high school education.

Weight and medical screening prior to enlisting in Sacarmento, CA. Drug test was conducted and I passed. Started process in May 2008 and attended basic training in October 2008 as open electronics.
