Employer conducted two phone interview with three members on the panel who mainly asked questions about research and briefing skills. The employer also called references listed in the resume and heavily weighted the references personal recommendations.

What technical research project have you worked in the past?
The AFPC process, when on time, is a 3 month process from application being sent to the hiring manager to selection. Depending on location, negotiations and onboarding can take one to six months. Be thorough in the resume in order to meet screening criteria.

Interview during Commissioning Program application. Ask general questions pertaining to morals, leadership, and general experience. Bringing personal stories about testing character or difficult decision making is a plus. No skills questions involved.

There was no interview process, either you met the qualifications or you did not. You had to be healthy and ready for anything that is going to come your way for the military life and you had to pass the ASVAB.
