Interview
I went in and was asked about some things I wanted to do in the military. Then I was given a questionnaire which I filled out. I was shown some marching things then went to MEPS. MEPS stands for military entrance processing center. There you receive a physical are asked several questions and do various activities while doctors rate your performance.

no real interview required other than a background check investigation and a talk about your past experiences, school grades, criminal history, etc with a recruiter at a local recruitment station

Interview
Long medical review and a lot of paperwork. There are various positions for growth within the career field that have various interview and application processes as well. You will have to go to MEPS (Medical Entrance Processing Station) once to a few times based on your medical history. You will do an in-depth medical review, you will answer questions with your recruiter and then go to basic training.

talk to your recruiter and they will get you in. The very easy process if you are in good/decent health. You will be in the delayed enlistment program until your job is available which can be from 2 months to 2 years. generally 6 months
