Review of last 5 performance evaluations, telephone interview, on site 1:1 interview. Ensure uniforms were in top-notch condition, reported early and must be flexible. Must have recommendation from leadership. Ensure during phone interview you are on a phone with limited environment noise and limited static. Be precise on your answers. Sell yourself.

Straight forward, questions are based on experience that qualifies the person for that unique position. When applying through USA Jobs, ensure keywords in the description are reflected in the resume and work experience, but BE HONEST. Those screening personnel for hiring will see through experience that really doesn't fit.
