Interview
US Health schedules you for an interview and little do you know there are 10-15 other candidates in the room with you. Then the manager gives a presentation of the company and after each candidate is interviewed by a one employee. I found the presentation and interview to be misleading as I researched the company and had a list of questions that I wanted to discuss during our interview however the structure of the interview was rate something on a scale of 1-10 and very little back and forth conversation.

Question 1
On a scale of 1-10, how important is making money for you?

Interview
Rude and unprofessional. I interviewed at their St. Petersburg office. They had their job posted under at least 3 different company names which first of all is suspicious. The first interview was in person. The interviewer never game me their name and mumbled the entire interview so it was hard to understand the questions. There was only about 5 questions, one of which was about if I had a criminal background and another was "why should we hire you." It was clear they hadn't looked at my resume. The interview only took 10 minutes which should be a phone interview, not an in-person interview that wastes the interviewees time. I was told I would get a response in 24 to 48 hours. When I texted back the number about if a decision was made, I got a cold answer back that "they must have moved on." Something seems off about this place and at the very least, it's just not a professional environment where I would want to work anyway.
Very easy; set up through Google meet. A basic list of general interview questions. Mostly about availability and commissions depended on how much I time I put in. Commission only job.

Interview
Pretty standard informal questions. Laid back. First a zoom call, then someone zooms you for 1 on 1. If they like you, they'll invite you to the building to chat.
