The process started with a phone call from talent acquisition specialist 2 days after the application. Soon after that, I was invited to video interview with the same person as well as the IT director. The interview took about an hour and I think I went well. Two days later I got the email that said "we have decided to move forward with other applicants that are a better fit for this job in terms of skills and experience". It made me sad.
