      Course Developer Interview

      4 Aug 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Udacity (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2015

      Interview

Reached out via LinkedIn, followed by a phone screen, then a tech interview. Afterwards was told for an onsite, but then was retracted and requested a screencast tech demonstration. Had another phone screen with VP, but couldn't sell myself as a fit. The overall interview process was long and not bad. I feel since I was going for a big team, they get to be picky on who they hire. It was important to know the latest press about Udacity, and other online courses. I enjoyed the interview process overall, but it took an overall of 2 months to reach an end.
