Interview
I had interviewed at Unified Infotech for a position and completed all the interview rounds successfully. After that, the HR informed me that the position is currently on hold. Since then, I’ve been following up regularly, but every time I get the same response — "the position is still on hold."
This kind of experience reflects a highly unprofessional approach. If a candidate is not selected, it's much better — and more respectful — to communicate that clearly rather than keeping them hanging with false hope. Completing all the rounds and then being left in the dark with vague updates is both frustrating and disappointing.
Unified Infotech has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever interacted with during an interview process.
