very general questions. Spoke about responsibilities. Very basic. Spoke bout revenue and how to increase it. the different responsibilities this role has from sales, to operations to finances.

If your top outside sales rep had a DUI... how would handle it.
Very professional, easy going, and not a lot of deviation on questions that had no purpose. I appreciated this greatly and it made me feel like I mad the right choice on applying for the role.

What do I know about the role and what is my expectation of my leaders.
Started with a phone interview. From there I met with the District Manager. After that I met with the Operations Excellence Manager to then finally met with another Director over the phone. It was a long process but thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Interview process is very through and multiple meetings between high level staff and the candidate in the local market. In depth questions including sales and P&L experience. High focus on company culture.
