Interview
Applied online, and received an email invitation to an online personality test-style pre-interview about a week or so later. After passing that online interview, I was invited in for an in-person interview. At my interview I was told that I was a great fit for the company, but the position that I applied for was no longer available. I was offered two or three other positions, or the opportunity to stay on the waiting list until my position became available. I accepted another position, and a week later interviewed with a member of the management team for that position.
Tell me about a time that you received terrible customer service. What did the company do to resolve that situation for you (if they did)? Do you think that was a good way to handle that situation?

Interview
The interview process was lengthy because if you're hired on the spot you go through multiple stages of onboarding that same day. However, the interview questions were easy and they are usually willing to hire anyone competent and professional.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward questions. The interviewer asked basic questions. It may be daunting if this is your first ever job. Overall the interview took 15 minutes then I was hired on the spot, and sent give finger prints and photo.

Interview
I had my first interview, and it went very well. They were going to schedule me for a second interview and never got back to me. I called, I e-mailed, I finally went down to Universal and asked them in person to set up my second interview. Turns out the second interview is a group interview. I was the only white person in the interview, I had good answers, great experience, and I got declined. I asked them why and they said they're not allowed to tell me. It's probably because they're looking for more "diversity" in their company, honestly. So if you're white, don't apply here.
