Interview
2 rounds of interviews. 1st was one on one, basic questions about past experiences, what you would offer to UO. 2nd was a group interview with 6 supervisors and 4 candidates including myself. Asked to tell about ourselves, experience, and asked about difficult customer situations.

There are two interviews. The first one was a one-on-one interview with a HR representative asking more basic questions like why do you want this particular position. The second interview is a group panel interview where they ask you situational questions.

Two interviews. First one-on-one interview a breeze, pretty straightforward. Second interview is a panel interview with three-four hiring managers and five other candidates. Good questions, mostly past experience customer-guest service questions.

Interview
Very efficient and to the point. Preliminary questions are straight forward and show whether or not you are qualified for the position. The preliminary interview was with a member of the staffing department, and the second and final interview was a panel interview in front of Supervisors for that field.
