The audition process is a group type out style interview. The first step is to apply for an audition time on the Universal Jobs website. On the day of, you show up at your time slot, your photo is taken and you need to fill out a form that asks you to provide your availability for the duration of the Halloween event. Your photo is then attached to this form. All of the applicants wait together to be called into the audition room. In the audition room each applicant is asked a question and then asked to step outside. Decisions are made the same day.
