Phone Interview , it was the first step after email received. A lot of questions about real past situations related customer services. Recruiter was very friendly but at end she was making questions to push me out of my comfort zone.

was not bad, phone interview and then in person interview. Job is ok not so great for the pay and adhearrence where your in a timer when using the bathroom

Normal STAR method questions, looking for behavorial questions.
Interviewer was encouraging and engaging. She was knowledgeable. She was considerate of my questions and concerns. I wanted to know about scheduling flexibility, job tasks, and ability to move up. She was able to answer and provide loads of great advice for a career path. Great experience.
