Interviewed via Zoom in Aug 2022. They each introduced themselves and then took turns asking predetermined questions. Honestly it was a lovely interview and then they just ghosted me after telling me I would hear back within 2 weeks. Never even got a rejection email. I was so disappointed because I thought it went really well and this job would be perfect for me (and vice versa).
