The process consisted of 2–3 rounds, beginning with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and alignment with the company’s values and expectations. This was followed by one or two rounds with the hiring manager, which focused on technical skills, role-specific knowledge, and situational judgment. The interviews were structured yet conversational, providing an opportunity to understand the team culture and expectations.

One interview was conducted and a second interview about a week later. It was fairly normal and basic. Questions about yourself and you past experience and why you applied and why you would be a good fit for the University.
