First round-written test,dont know on which basis they will shortlist Second round-group discussion,whatever you say you will get selected even sometimes if yoy dont say anything,you will get selected Third round-PI,which was a group PI anything he will ask anything you say you will get selected And when the result came congrats you will get selected And now the best part when you wait for the offer letter they will send you a mail that we have more suitable candidate than you so we cant hire you enjoy!!!!
