Uproar PR interview questions

Interviewed here twice. The first time I made it through the first round and had a great rapport with both interviewers - felt confident about at least getting a second interview then never heard back. HR called me back a few weeks later and apologized, saying they were re-organizing and asked if I'd like to interview for a different department. Same song and dance again. I didn't return their calls after that.

I met with several different team members and/or whole teams. There were several different rounds...a bit too many in my opinion, but as someone who made it to the other side, I now know it's because I was interviewing to be a part of specific teams vs. the company. Luckily it worked out for me, but that may not be the most respectful approach of an interviewees time if they ultimately don't get the job.
