Pros

I’ve been here for almost a year now and have really enjoyed it. The flexibility is a big plus, and the unlimited PTO policy actually makes it possible to have a healthy work-life balance. The team is great, people are supportive, quick to respond, and always willing to help when you need it.

Cons

Working fully remote isn’t for everyone, and like most PR agencies, things can get pretty busy at times.

Pros

Had a wide variety of clients so I learned a lot about different industries.

Cons

Teams and clients get reshuffled a lot so it’s hard to stay in a rhythm. When your team is not getting coverage, upper management is quick to throw people lower on the totem pole under the bus.
