The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Urgenci (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
I was approached by this company regarding an open position. Interviewed by phone. Then received an in person interview with the company. Afterwards received a rejection email. When I requested for a feedback this recruiter ghosted me.
Funny enough Urgenci posted (10/15) an interesting read on Linkedin - A Rejected Candidate Asks for Feedback: Should You Provide it? It stated yes should should give feedback so that the applicant could improve next time. Alas, they don't practice what they preach. So I guess their recruiters weren't informed about the professional courtesy since I never hear back from her.

Interview
Typical interview process for a small, growing firm, I met with the Managing Partner. Unfortunately, likely given the impacts to his time, following-through, responding and providing feedback & his decision; after advising he would - wasn't important (non-response accepted as response).

Question 1
Standard and rapport-building questions. His specific questions were related the operations of my prior firm. I felt a bit like I was being mined for information.

Interview
3 stages to this companies interview process. First is a phone screen and then I met for an informal in person with one of the founders. After that I was invited to their office for a 3 hour (ended up being 4 hour) in person interview with 4 different people. Very nice people, fairly informal, they want to get to know you and your background to see if its a good fit.
They talked about how they want to get companies to provide a great interview experience, and they want to as well. So even if a person doesn't get the offer, they will still have good things to say after things get over with. They talk about getting back to the person in a timely manner after the interview is over with as an example of what to do. Needles to say, they don't live by their own rule of thumb. They were quick to get me into next stages, however once the final interview was over, they kept pushing me off and then never got back to me. At the end of the final interview they told me I would hear back in a couple days. Once I did no hear back I emailed a follow up and they said Monday of the following week. After that, they didn't respond back to my emails. So I guess I didn't get the job. Either way, it would have been nice to hear back either way.
